Booking & Cancellation Policy

RULES OF BOOKING & STAY:

  • The minimum age for check-in is 18 year old
  • No pets allowed
  • No parties/events allowed unless otherwise agreed.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. If you smoke outdoors, please use the ashtrays.
  • It is not allowed to carry indoor decoration items and/or furniture at the external of the villa.
  • It is not allowed to carry and use white towels and linen outside the villa.
  • It is not allowed to use pool towels at the beach.
  • It is not allowed to use glass objects in the area of the pool. Please respect swimming pool rules and regulations desplayed next to the pool.
  • In the event of theft, injury or sickness of the guests, their representatives or visitors, or in the event of any loss or any kind of damage, we will not be held responsible unless the event is owed to negligence caused by the villa.
  • In the event of a malicious, intentional or negligent loss or damage to the rooms or the areas of the villa, Larimar Luxury Sea View Villa will charge the guest’s credit/debit card with the amount of the loss or damage incurred, including any damage caused by the guests’ conduct that result in stoppage of work.
  • A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
  • In case payment has been made with other means other than a credit/debit card, Larimar Luxury Sea View Villa has the right to pursue legal action.
  • Guests are not responsible for fair wear-and-tear. Please let us know immediately for any repairs which need our urgent attention.

 

PAYMENT POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit Amount:

A 50% deposit of the total cost of the booking is required in order to book with us.

The 50% deposit will be paid through a bank transaction. 

Remaining amount (balance):

The remaining 50% has to be paid up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival and a receipt of payment should be sent to Larimar Luxury Sea View Villa.

For last minute bookings – those which take place in a period shorter than thirty (30) days, the total booking amount should be paid upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation policy:

Guests may cancel free of charge until thirty (30) days before arrival, otherwise the cancellation fee will be the 50% deposit of the booking.

 

CLEANING SERVICE & LINEN CHANGING:

Respecting the covid – 19 regulations and our guests’ privacy, cleaning takes place every 7 nights. Extra linen and towels are available for our guests. In case our guests desire extra cleaning services, we will happily arrange that for them.

 

BABY EQUIPMENT:

Baby equipment is provided on request (high chair and bay cot).

 

CHECK -IN & CHECK OUT PROCEDURE:

Our guests are kindly requested to inform Larimar Luxury Sea View Villa about their expected arrival time in advance. Please feel free to contact the property manager through email or phone.

CHECK-IN: 16:00 – No time restrictions

CHECK-OUT: 10:00am (we will be happy to arrange a late check out if we are not expecting other guests on the same day)

Larimar Luxury Sea View Villa will send you detailed directions and information about the property 7 days before your arrival.
